Better late than never ...New Post!

Hey everyone! Sorry it's been so long since we last posted, we're always more in favour of posting on Facebook and Twitter as it's a lot quicker so the website has sort of taken a back seat.
But alas we are here again to tell you what's been going on and when you can see us next.

Here are the best bits from the past few months:

April - Had a great gig at Halton Rocks, the place was packed and the night raised over £3,000 for Heswal Children's Charity.

May - We played Millstone Rocks Festival which was such a fun gig. We haven't played on the back of a lorry since playing Blink 182 covers on one in 2006 so it was loads of fun. We got a lot of people to share the love with everyone sporting our badges and we even signed a few autographs. This should happen more often!

June - We sold our souls to a local talent competition to try and win some money to put towards recording and promotional stuff - we made it to the final ... more on that later.
We also finally got to play a Liverpool Acoustic gig which was definitely worth the wait. Everyone was so attentive and really appreciative. We even met the awesome Galley Beggar there  - you should definitely give them a listen. July - We joined hundreds of bands at Hoylake's Festival of Firsts. There were loads of great mucisians around and we actually made it to Wirral without any hiccups - bonus!
And back to that talent show ... the final came around and let's just say, it wasn't our smartest move. Picture us performing our own acoustic music amongst 12 year old gymnasts and showkids and you've pretty much got the idea. Still the free brownies were a plus.

August - We started our love affair with The Attic when we played the lovely Dogstar's 'Alicia's Attic' night, the first of many.
We also got to play one of our most random gigs to date at Darkstar Laser. Laser tag and music? Yeah, we were pretty happy. We got a great response from the crowd, sold a few cds and even got asked to perform guest vocals on a band's upcoming CD (We'll keep you posted).

We finished the gigging season with a day of shows at Mathew Street Festival before taking a month off to record - oh and go on holiday. Was good, thanks for asking!
